About

A specialist who picks up the phone for you.

Pinnacle Appointments is a focused, owner-operated practice — not an agency floor. When you work with Pinnacle, you work directly with the person making the calls.

Patrick Wang — Founder, Pinnacle Appointments

Hey there, I'm Patrick! Owner, founder, CEO, accountant, secretary, and head of the coffee budget... it's just me — a company of one.

Before Pinnacle, I spent four years as an account executive running the full sales cycle: finding leads, working them, closing them. The numbers were good, but doing every stage at once ran me straight into burnout. So I doubled down on the part I love, and the part that trips up most teams: top of funnel — getting prospects interested in the first place.

There's no single niche here — I've called into lawyers, property managers, farmers, logistics specialists, blue collar owner-operators, and AI committees. The approach stays the same every time: master your offer, engage your ICP, ask for the meeting. I don't sell your product — I sell time on your calendar.

Pinnacle is intentionally lean. When you work with me, you're working directly with an experienced outbound specialist who picks up the phone — not a big agency that hands you to a call floor. As campaigns prove out, I bring on trusted callers to scale the dialing, but the strategy and the standard stay mine.

If your offer deserves more attention than it's getting, let's talk.
